I'll be working in Hongkong soon!
I got the news just last Wednesday. Our team's project manager in HK sent the request to our administrative manager, enlightening the 3 of us (HK team involved in the conversion project) that development and handling of issues would be much easier if we were physically there. Yeah, I guess they are right.
No choice. I'd been expecting this before during my 2-year bond period but not now. Overwhelmed but shocked. In other words I'm not prepared. This would be my first time living on my own (pag nagkataon at kung matuloy nga). Don't know how to do the laundry, iron, cook….it would be a disaster! (malamang).
Most of all I'll be away from home, my family. Dambby and Sam don't want me to leave. Dambby's silence means "NO". She even said while in the car on our way home that night:
Mag-resign ka na lang, ako na lang ang magtrabaho…
I love you most for that! Opportunity! Once in a lifetime (maybe) and it means there's no second chance (mala High School Musical hahahaha). God is great and good! Just help me overcome the barriers and I know You would.
Barely two weekends left, target date of our flight is November 26 (if my passport is ok by that). But we'll be back for Christmas for sure (hopefully we can attend Sunlife's Christmas Party) and will leave again on January and stay there for the span of 1st quarter next year.
Hopefully, I'll be safe there…

nagising ako ng alas kuwatro ngayon ng madaling araw at ang kate kate…
ng lalamunan ko…
buti sa 'yo dahil ang tigas ng ulo mo!!! kontrol mo sarili mo…
A struggle weekend it has been. Seriously ill but I have to review for my first LOMA exam. Thank God it's freaking over today! I just hope I'll get a passing score. (Who would have wish a failing grade? If I fail I have to pay US $75 lang naman…)
As usual, we were able to visit Dambby's mom in Tugatog, Malabon cemetery in the morning of November 1. But the night on our walk to my grannys' grave in Navotas Public Cemetery was really disgusting. The crowd animo'y mga langgam that I have to carry Sam all the way to the U-turn slot literally far from the entrance. Damn! nasa Buendia-Pasay ba ako? may U-turn na rin akalain mo…
Saturday morning (November 3) my desktop's memory gave up after 6 years of service. Have to buy a new one in R-sun computers in Shaw Blvd, afterwards we went straight to The Spa (Libis branch) to have a relaxing massage. This is actually the wedding gift of my cousin and Dambby's best friend - Janice. How sweet it is to let a stranger mash your ass for the first time! Honestly I have no idea that she would take my boxers down and shit it's exposed…hmmmm my ass love the strokes anyway.
The day doesn't end here. I thought I can have a sleep after installing the memory but it came out to be a long night though…spent several hours to recover the system.
P.S. Still not bad, I managed to join & play the scheduled Poker Night with Dambby's cousins on All Saints' Day thru the morning of All Souls' Day! Enjoyed it a lot! Thanks guys. Sana panalunin nyo naman ako sa susunod ;-p (Some pics to follow…)
I just love our blog's new look!
Not sure if visitors will appreciate the change as I do. (Anyway…it seems no one cares to view/read what's posted here).
Well, I'm still happy and just hope memories blogged in here would stay forever.
So little time…so tira lang ng tira!
My photos as captured. And besides it would consume a lot of my time and that for sure would piss off Dambi's ass.
To make the story short. Had a hand-held shot of us couple (it's been a while taking a picture like this since I bought my 400D), came out a bit blurry (hmmmm boosts my crave for a tripod), that's why I decided to apply some post processing. Photoshop's a tool for cheating but editing's not easy as I think. It really requires effort and patience of course. Have to cut my point here (before Dambi finish her OT client calls). So TARANNNNNNN!!! (appeared as if we applied some sort of powder/cosmetics)…
Here's the original
(pimples suck these days argghhh) …
That's it. Practice to learn more…if time permits.

P.S. Just in case, here's the step-by-step procedure on what I did : AirBrush-a-Person
Yesterday…this time of the year, dragonflies collide in the air bringing the cheerful picture of Christmas.
Yesterday, when I'm about to finish my car wash to-do list, my daughter Samantha pointed to the ceiling of our garage and said "Daddy di ba kalabaw yun"
Now, my heart's filled with hope to see one. Delighted (very much). Dragonfly's not dead! Alive. In bliss.
My Dragonfly…
Dambi was rewarded of free dinner buffet for two to Circles, Makati Shang-rila. Top 3 most credit card approval getter for the month of August received this surprise gift from their superiors. Take note Dambi is # 1! Hardwork and prayer really does pays off. Together w/ Gian & Phoebe (Dambi's O-mate), we certainly enjoyed the evening filling our hungry tummies. Truth is you'll feel satiated already just by looking on these mouth-watering courses. Pork, Chix, Beef, Fish, Veggies, Fruits etc. We even have a hard time where to start.
Eat all you can @ a prestigious "saucy" hotel. A perfect reason to forget our diet for a night. Definitely for people who have lots of excess bread. Imagine a bottle of Viva mineral water would cost you PHP150.00 (service charge not included). This could not happen everyday. Maybe after years…or maybe never again.
Dambi's so great and I'm very proud. I can say that we are blessed forever no matter what…all praise, thanks and glory to Him.
Another priceless moment. Good thing is, you're allowed to take any pictures that draws you. Unlike in TEC (The Enterprise Center) where we go to work, guards would accost you even your camera is just hanging around your neck.
Timely for my Sunshot Photography Club assignment, I spent more time taking pics of the food on our table. Partially disappointed 'cause dramatically speaking they all came out unimpressive. Anyway, I'm still learning and loving this hobby. Honestly I'm not sure if I have the "eye". Yet I believe I'll improve soon. And ofcourse I have to get my money's worth out of my DSLR. So let me post some of them here…
Foodums…food…foodums…
some memories from loitering…
Thanks for looking. ================================================================================

Note: This is version 2 of the captioned title. I'd been editing this one for several times these past few days (saved as draft) and today publishing made it disappear! Some sort of unknown bug. No choice but to recompose. Finished the new one and guess what happened next? this gotta be kidding me…the lost post re-appeared! pang-asar!

Tal's wedding gift for luck. Given only last Saturday
… Anyway really appreciate it. Good luck to u 2 and may God continue to shower His blessings to us all!
